    CHIEF EXECUTIVE

    I have worked for a large part of my career in hospitality, owning and managing hotels, initially training as an accountant. I lead Facilco on a day to day basis evolving strategies and my role involves working alongside the management team to implement these to meet our rapid growth aspirations. I have a Masters Degree in Leadership, am a Chartered Manager & Companion of the Chartered Management Institute. Outside of Facilco, I’m a Group Non Executive Board Member at Torus 62, the largest Housing Association in the North West, with a group turnover of £220 million, a combined asset value of £813 million and 37,272 homes. Prior to this, I was formerly a Group Non Executive Board Member at Liverpool Mutual Homes.

    During my career I have worked in numerous up market hotel groups (national and independent) as House keeping manager, my responsibilities have included managing teams, monitoring quality control and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in bedrooms, meeting rooms and throughout the public areas

    I manage the main calendar planner for the business, contact customers, plan meetings and carry out general administration. I’m a psychologist by title, dreamer by choice. At home, you’ll find me watching science fiction and forcing my cat to cuddle!

    Before joining the team at Facilco, I worked within the general insurance broking industry for almost 30 years. My previous roles have ranged from customer facing positions through to head office support functions. Outside of work, as well as spending time with the family, I assist at a local Scout Troop and also have a keen interest in information and design technologies, especially those incorporating art and photography.

I’m a trained accountant and have AAT full membership (MAAT) which is an internationally recognised professional status in accounting and finance. At home I like to read books and watch TV

    I began my career in construction after gaining my class 2 HGV licence and becoming driver of concrete mixers, I absolutely loved this and did it for about 7 years.  Unfortunately, it became harder to manage after starting a family, so I moved over in to banking world, working in retail banking before moving in to AML and then in to commercial loan operations.

    When Covid19 hit I took a year out to welcome our new baby and focus on the family and home schooling but as life returned to normal, I felt it was the right time to return to work, which is how I have come to be a part of the Facilco family.

    I have over 15 years of experience working in sales & marketing within the construction & hospitality sectors, I am passionate about the construction industry and recently completed a HNC in Construction to expand my technical knowledge in this area.
    I live in Lancashire with my husband, 3 children and Labrador. I enjoy running, baking and I am passionate about Rugby, my husband and I work with our local rugby league team to inspire young people to play.

    I am a fully qualified Chartered Member of the CIPD, with 23 years’ experience within the HR profession. Having operated at senior level as Regional HR Director for a global organisation, I have a wide breadth and depth of knowledge of not only HR but wider operational activities. I believe in a pragmatic approach and support the  business with the development and delivery of their HR strategy and any associated initiatives, recruitment and selection, policy development, employee relations, communication, performance management and day to day people issues.

    I have several years experience in the construction cleaning sector and always strive to do the best that I can.
    In my spare time I like to spend time with my family, listening to music and going to concerts.

    I have worked in a number of supervisory roles in warehousing and cleaning sectors. What excites me about my role ? Meeting new people, traveling all over North West as well as Wales and learning something new every day. Every site is different and there is nothing like: “I have seen everything”. After work I enjoy reading science fiction, cooking a good meal or doing another DIY project.

    I have worked in a supervisory role in the building industry for numerous years. I enjoy my job and I like to see my work through from start to finish. Knowing it is going to make someone happy as this new built house will be their own new home. Everyday is different, there is never one day the same. After work I enjoy spending time with my family, and celebrating my success with a glass of wine.

    My name is Kalina and I am 23 years old and I come from Bulgaria. I graduated from secondary art school in Tryavna and I am currently studying industrial management at the Technical University in Gabrovo.

    When I came to England I worked in different places until I started at Facilco and became part of the team. I have been with the company for over 2 years and I am now the youngest Supervisor on the team.

    In my free time I enjoy photography, painting, playing sports and walking. I really love it!

    ‘Hi, I’m Hristiyan, I am an ordinary boy from Bulgaria where I graduated in computer technologies. I’d been working in computers in Bulgaria and in my spare time I worked as a private cleaner. I decided to try something new and came to the UK, I tried a few different roles that didn’t work out as I like responsibility! I began working for Facilco as a supervisor and I do my very best to get perfect results’!
